Meet the Team
We pride ourselves as leaders in our local real estate market and the property management community. We are active members of the NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) community and stay current on the latest property management industry trends.
Jeff Alton , a native of Spokane, WA and has been involved in business management from a young age providing performance-driven management, leveraging natural leadership, facilitating excellent organization and on-site communications, and establishing personal and professional rapport and credibility with stakeholders. Jeff has a MBA with a focus on International business and is currently working on his PhD. Jeff has managed single family and multi family homes in the Spokane and Clark County areas. Jeff lives in Camas with his wife and two children.
Inna Klyuev oversees client and customer accounts as the Accounts and leasing Specialist. She ensures prompt and accurate client, customer, and vendor payments along with inspection and lease compliance. Inna has years of property management accounting experience and prior experience in the business management services industry. Inna speaks fluent Russian & Ukrainian as well.
