Make sure you have social media accounts activated if you don't already. Put your property listing on websites such as Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest. On Facebook, you can also list your property on the Facebook marketplace.

Make it easy for people to find your contact information on your social media profile, as well. 

Try Advertising

Getting the word out about your property organically on social media is always a good idea. However, if you want to push things further and faster you can pay for ads. 

Paying for ads makes sense especially on places like Facebook because they allow you to be very specific with your targeting.
