Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?

Can you put the money directly into my account?
Yes. we are able to do ACH transactions. We can done during initial account set-up -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
Yes, you can preview the lease prior to tenant signing. You will be required to sign the lease prior to tenant signing. -
Do you sell real estate too?
Yes. Badger Canyon gets first right of refusal to list a property -
How and when do I get my checks?
Checks will be mailed on the 10th of each month via USPS mail services. -
How is rent collection handled?
Rent collection is done through online tenant portal -
How long of a lease do you sign?
Most leases are 12 month terms. 9, 12, 18 month terms are also available. Additionally, alternate term leases can be discussed and customized to your needs. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
