Can you hold a place before I apply?
Yes. A $250 non refundable deposit can be paid to hold the home for calendar 5 days. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
Yes. First month’s rent, last month’s rent and a security deposit are required to be paid in full prior to move in. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
Individuals must be 18+ years of age to apply -
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes. The security deposit is refundable based on the condition of dwelling after final move out inspection. Deductions will be made for any repairs that are needed that are not normal wear and tear. If cleaning of the dwelling has to be performed than there will also be reductions to the refundable amount -
Who needs a cosigner?
An individual 18+ years of age with good rental and credit history. -

How do I pay rent?

I want to get a pet. What do I do?
You will need to make sure that having a pet is permissible according to your rental agreement. Additionally, breed and size of animal will need to be pre approved by property owner prior to pet being moving onto premises. An additional non refundable pet deposit and pet rent may apply. Please reach out to us with any questions. -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
Roommate will need to reply to verify they are approved on their own to rent dwelling and a new lease will need to be signed pending approval by the property owner. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
If you are planning on vacating the premises you will need to give notice prior to the 1st of the month in which you are planning on moving. -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
Property owner is responsible for normal wear and tear repairs and maintenance.
